- 310 g (4 cups) chopped broccoli

- 340 g (3/4 lb) ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 560 g (4 cups) cherry tomatoes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) ground cumin
- Lemon wedges, to taste

- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Place a barbecue wok on one side of the grill. Preheat the barbecue on high heat. Oil the grill.
- Using a food processor, finely chop the broccoli and green onions until they resemble couscous grains. Transfer to a bowl. Add the meat and the egg. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
